1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Ai Call Translator ("we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of our mobile application available on Google Play (Package Name: com.aicalltranslator), backend APIs, and related translation services.

By downloading, installing, registering, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to data processing) to use the App.
• Account Registration: You may register via mobile phone verification (OTP). You agree to provide accurate phone and profile information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your device and authorization tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Description of Services

Ai Call Translator provides real-time artificial intelligence translation services, including:

• Real-time speech-to-speech translation across multiple supported languages.
• AI-powered bilingual voice call sessions utilizing WebRTC media channels.
• Real-time text translation, speech synthesis, and personal translation history logs.

We continuously update and improve our features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without prior notice.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Accuracy Disclaimer

You agree that:

• The App is intended for everyday communication, travel, and personal translation assistance.
• The App should NOT be relied upon for critical, medical, surgical, high-stakes legal, safety-critical, or contractual translations where 100% precision is required.
• We disclaim all liability for any misunderstandings, financial loss, or consequences resulting from AI translation interpretations.

6. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

Certain premium features, extended voice minutes, or advanced translation capabilities may require paid subscriptions or in-app token purchases:

• Google Play Billing: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly through Google Play In-App Billing in accordance with Google Play's Terms of Service.
• Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g. weekly, monthly, or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play Refund Policies. We do not directly handle credit card or billing refunds.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Recording: Recording, streaming, or translating conversations of third parties without obtaining proper consent required under applicable wiretapping and privacy laws.
• Abusive Behavior: Using the App to harass, defame, threaten, impersonate, or distribute unlawful content.
• System Exploitation: Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, or attempting to compromise the backend API servers, WebRTC infrastructure, or Gemini AI endpoints.
• Automated Abuse: Using bots, automated scripts, or overloading our servers with excessive non-human traffic.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its user interface, software code, branding, logos, graphics, and underlying architecture, remain the exclusive property of Ai Call Translator and its licensors.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Android device.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Ai Call Translator, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

10. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Contact Us

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
